Specialists in the grill kitchen
More nutrients, more flavour
It’s no secret that grilling or roasting the food intensifies the flavour, preserves nutrients and is generally lighter.
To cook with a grill and obtain a perfect point, especially with meat, requieres training, skills and experience. And even so, this is not always enough; to master the grill is an art. Luckily enough, our chefs have both art and skills!
Countries like Argentina, Uruguay and Bolivia rely on a long tradition of roasting. Our chef, Christian Andrés, is Argentinian and we can assure you that he knows his business… and not only when it comes to meat.
We have the professional and essential tool for the most demanding grill kitchen: the Josper oven. Grill and oven in one, it obtains the perfect point in flavour, cooking and of course in texture.

Quality, health, sostainability, wellbeing… at this point, we have all realised that we’re entering a new era. Safety, more than ever, plays a key role. Knowing a product’s origin is essential.
We make a special effort in our produce to be local. Like the meat we buy from Cooperativa de Pollença, the local farmers’ cooperative, which comes with a full guarantee, both for a natural diet and for its source.
Locally grown produce reduces the consumption of natural resources and avoids unnecessary transports. This way we obtain produce that’s fresher, tastier and healthier. This is something we all benefit from, including our planet.
